We use the Look@NanoSIMS software (abbreviated as LANS) for the analysis of NanoSIMS image data (Polerecky et al., 2012). The LANS software is free but requires a working installation of Matlab (proprietary software) to run. For users of our facility who do not have a Matlab license, the software is available on a dedicated computer. In addition to our collaborators, we recommend LANS to everybody to analyze their NanoSIMS data.

Note that we continuously improve the LANS software. Please contact us if you experience problems with the software or if you would like to have new features added to it.
